It is the policy of NEW WORKSHOP ALUMINIUM & STEEL WORKS that our establishment operates with a consistent level of work performance that meets or exceeds the quality requirements of the customer including statuary and regulatory requirements.
We are committed to providing continuous effort to identify and eliminate any defects or discrepancies and to continually improving the effectiveness of our quality management system.
In order to achieve said policy we shall:
- Implement a quality management system conforming to ISO 9001:2008.
- Identify and control the production process and product effectively.
- Ensure the availability of human resources that are capable of meeting the challenges and who fully accept their responsibilities and encourage the Quality Culture within the establishment and the staff.
- Monitor measures and analyze the progress in every aspect.
- Minimize the number of defects /complaints.
- Take action to achieve all targets and continuously improve the system.
- Acknowledge that our employees are the key to achieving our policy.
- Commit to investing in our employees and continue our pursuit of meeting their expectations and rewarding them commensurate with their achievements.
The quality policy shall be communicated and understood within the company and made available to all employees who have a direct bearing on quality within
NEW WORKSHOP ALUMINIUM & STEEL WORKS.
This policy and its effectiveness will be regularly reviewed for its suitability and revised accordingly if required.
